Policy & Cancellation

The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival.

The guest will be charged the first night if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.

If the guest cancels within 24 hours or does not show up, then the full amount of the cost of the stay will be taken.

Check in is facilitated generally between 13:00 – 18:00 however with advance notice we are able to accommodate alternative times.

Check out is no later than 10:30

In the morning you can relax in our lovely breakfast room, where there is a selection of cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit and fruit juice followed by a full cooked breakfast, or a variation of your choice inc. options from our daily ‘specials board’. We pride ourselves in using local produce where possible sourced from small local businesses

We are happy to cater for vegetarians and special diets e.g. gluten free, on request.

Whatever your requirements, we are only too happy to make your visit to Tenby as comfortable as possible.

Breakfast is served between 08:30 – 09:30

Damages – Should any damage occur to your room during your stay you will be charged for said damages for repair or replacement.

Smoking/ Vaping – We have a strict no smoking/ vaping policy for within the property. There is a bench outside the property which can be used, however we do ask you be mindful of other guests especially with the front door (please close the door behind you when going in/ out gently).
